These special collections, mostly of images and historical documents, are provided by colleges and museums through the JSTOR platform.

Highlights include:

         Renaissance-era illuminated
         manuscripts;

From Middlebury College, the Hemingway
         Family Archive of letters, diaries,
         and photographs
